Task:

The main task was to attract target visitors for the Chamber of Commerce and Industry to the website page dedicated to the upcoming paid webinar and to receive applications. The campaign had three challenges: the quality of the entire website and the landing page in particular did not meet advertising requirements and could not be modified; the advertising and application periods were extremely tight due to the client’s internal processes; and the number of course spots was limited.

List of tasks completed:

  • Analyzed the landing page and webinar topic.
  • Configured Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel.
  • Carefully selected audiences for Facebook ads and Google display ads.
  • Compiled a list of keywords for Google search ads.
  • Created ads for targeted, search, and display advertising.
  • Developed a detailed list of negative keywords to filter out non-target traffic.
  • Advertising campaigns were set up separately for Kyiv and major cities in Ukraine.

Results:

325 applications

The plan was exceeded in two weeks of advertising

$2.3 per application

Conversion rate 18%

Conclusions:

During this period, the advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google exceeded the plan, ensuring the project’s profitability.
